Dr. Keating is a board certified podiatrist who sees types of podiatric patients, from diabetic foot care to reconstructive work to bunions and hammertoes. He recognizes the individualized needs of each patient, and is particularly sensitive to the fears and self-consciousness that often accompany health concerns. His initial approach to care is rooted in conservative measures, exhausting non-surgical therapies before recommending surgical intervention. He uses this approach to help patients feeling comfortable with his care, and trusting of his medical expertise.
Dr. Keating is a 3rd generation podiatrist - in fact, several members of his family are also practicing podiatrists at Excelsior! When he’s not working, he spends most of his time with family and friends. He’s an avid athlete, and enjoys running, golfing, playing basketball or soccer - anything to stay active and competitive. He enjoys making the most of the spectacular Buffalo food scene, and loves exploring restaurants and bars both locally and while traveling.
