Buffalo Surgery Center is continually monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation and following the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with Erie County and NY Department of Health. Keeping your family, friends and loved ones safe during this difficult time is our first priority.
We have implemented many proactive steps to keep patients and staff safe, including pre-screening phone calls, temperature screening on all individuals prior to entering the office and restricted access for visitors. You will also notice that our staff will be wearing protective equipment while interacting with our patients. These changes in safety protocol are designed keep our patients and staff safe while decreasing the risk of exposure.
We remain open, but only to perform essential procedures. As such, we have reduced our hours and to comply with social distancing recommendations, many of our staff members are working from home. If you have any immediate concerns about your upcoming procedure, please contact your physician’s directly. Buffalo Surgery Center staff is monitoring all voicemails and will return all calls as soon as we can.
